Womens Volleyball Shoes

As a kid, I always wore volleyball shoes as my choice of athletic wear. This is because they are designed for use on the volleyball court, which means they provide better traction than other types of athletic shoes.

Some kids actually prefer volleyball shoes to other types of shoe, such as a running shoe or cross training shoe, due to the comfort they provide and stability due to the advanced traction.

I have found over the years that quality volleyball shoes are not always the top name brand shoes, such as Nike or Adidas. While these companies make high quality types of athletic shoes, volleyball shoes are different and therefore it does not necessarily mean that those brands will make the best volleyball shoe.

I have tried both Nike and Adidas volleyball shoe brands and have formed a personal opinion based on my experiences. I found that the Adidas brand wore out quickly because the traction wore down.

This caused me to slip on wet surfaces and was not a good stable shoe. Overall the shoe was sturdy, but I decided to try another brand in hopes of a longer lasting sole for better traction. About one or two years ago I purchased Nike volleyball shoes, and the Nike shoes actually ripped apart after a few weeks.

So in my personal experience I would not recommend either of these brands based on my purchases in recent years. My newest purchase is the Asic volleyball shoes.

I love them and so far I have not experienced any problems with this brand. From my personal experience, I would recommend Asics to anyone looking for a quality and long lasting shoe volleyball shoe. The Nike and Adidas brands may still be a good purchase; I just have found the better quality is the Asic brand.
